Everything was simply perfect. the hotel was clean, the room was new-fashioned, and the bed was the best. the location was great—next to Plaza de España, two Japanese restaurants, and the theaters. I also found Café Carafe Coffee Roasters just a 5-minute walk from the property.

super clean room - beautifully decorated, and the bed - oh my! it was extra big and so comfy. also, the location was a dream - right in the city center - making it easy to get around. the metro station was just steps away! the staff - particularly the young man at reception - was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Couldn't recommend more.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the place was mind-blowingly clean, and the location was jaw-droppingly perfect for a city trip. The shopping, metro station, and Palacio Real were all within easy reach, and there were tons of amazing bars and restaurants nearby.

The room at Nersan guest house was cozy and comfortable, with central heating to keep us warm during our stay. We loved the private bathroom with a shower, which came with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. The hardwood floors from Switzerland and soundproof double-glazed windows added a touch of luxury to the room. It was great having a balcony in our exterior-facing room, along with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Personally, I found the minibar in the room unnecessary, but others might enjoy it.
